Want a destination-specific list of tours? Our innovative location page not only lists out the top tour categories and experiences in the area, but also relays everything you need to know about a particular location. Be it history, transport, public convenience, food options, accommodation, medical facilities or more related information, we’ve got you covered!

Category
Choose the category of tour and you’ll be directed to a category page displaying all similar experiences collectively. With our handy filters and easy comparison button, compare between similar experiences to book one that suits you best. You can add to cart directly from the category page too!

Are my details secure?

We never save credit card data used in the booking of tours, so that is one less worry for you. User data involved in the creation of accounts on TourChief are protected by strong levels of encryption, so your personal information is absolutely secure.

What happens after I book?

Once your booking is confirmed after payment validation, you will receive your e-ticket, invoice and tour details relevant to your booking via the registered e-mail.

Can I make changes to my bookings after I booked?

Please send an email to support@tourchief.com with the tour details and booking number or call us on the customer service hotline (612) 82967363 and we will try to accommodate your changes.

How do I voice my complaints and feedback?

How can I sign up to receive promotion codes via email?

You can create an account with TourChief and receive all the latest updates and promotions delivered straight to your inbox. Alternatively, you can subscribe to our promotional offers; please refer to the subscribe option given in the website footer.

Can I view TourChief in a different language?

There is an option to change language. Google Translate provides the translation for the same. But please be advised, it is a verbatim translation that does not take into account the finer details of every language.

Do I need an account to book with TourChief?

It is not mandatory. You can ‘Continue as Guest’. But creating an account with TourChief helps you keep track of your bookings as well as receive promotional codes and updates.

Will I be eligible for any special discounts if I sign up with TourChief?

You will be the first to receive the promotions and special offers when you sign up for TourChief.

GENERAL TRAVEL ENQUIRIES

Are all tours suitable for all age groups?

No, all tours are not suitable for all age groups. Since we offer a wide range of tours and experiences, it is advisable to go through the Inclusions & Important Information of your choice of tours. That will give you a clear indication of its suitability to all age groups.

Is English the only medium of communication available?

English will be the medium of communication for most tours. Some tours offer language devices with commentary, some have guides who can speak foreign languages, while some attractions like the Opera House conduct tours only for certain language groups.

Do I need to carry my identification details to the tour?

It is advisable to carry ID with you at all time. In most cases, you only need to show your e-ticket. But with some tours, particularly adventure tours, you may be required to fill up a form before the tour which may require identification proof.

Are all tours available throughout the year?

Most tours are available all-year round. But there are some that are dependent on seasonality and weather, for instance, whale watching cruises. It is advisable to go through the tour description to get more details about individual tours.

Do you provide assistance for special needs such as mobility issues and serious medical condition?

Based on the tour you choose, it is advisable to get in touch with the tour operator and let them know in advance what you special needs are. Operators will try their best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Do you offer discounted rates for group tours?

Visit the tour details page and send an email from the Group Quote box. Based on your requirement and the number of guests (10 or above) we will work out the special rate we can offer you.

What are the surcharges attached to Master Card, Visa, AMEX & Diners?

MasterCard surcharge: 1.65%, Visa surcharge: 3%, AMEX surcharge: 2.20%, Diners surcharge: 2.20%

Are there any special offer for Senior Citizens and Pensioners?

Currently there are no special offers for senior citizens and pensioners. Watch our social media pages for special promotions.

What will be the infant price & policies?

There are no blanket policies applicable. Child, infant and family prices, if applicable, will be shown while making a booking for a particular tour.

Are online rates the best possible prices for all tours?

Yes, online rates are the best possible rates for all tours. If you wish to book for 10 or more passengers, you can contact us via email or phone and we will get back to you with a special discounted rate.
