Start with a guided electric bike tour starting at the Reconciliation Place, learning about Australia’s First Nations Peoples. Take in the vistas of the mountain ranges far away as you cycle around the lake through parklands. Your expert guide will also lead you along the quiet path, a little away from the heart of the city.
After a 2-hour bike tour, you can go on a self-guided tour around the city. Embark on a bushland ride along Western lake cycle path circuit or walk around the city, with a lunch stop at any of the restaurants around.
Your Lake Burley Griffin kayaking will begin at 4:00pm. Your guide will run you through a few safety instructions and some practice sessions with the pedal-drive system before you set off for a glide around the lake. Soak in the serene views around the lake and click a picture or two amid the scenic background. You can also pull up for a short break to explore a lake island or lakeside beach.
