Your Kuranda tour will begin at 11 am, giving you enough time to have a relaxed morning. Your first stop is the award-winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway through the World’s oldest continually surviving tropical rainforest. Spanning 7.5km, this cableway ride will give you spectacular jungle views as you traverse through McAlister Range, Barron Gorge National Park and every place between Smithfield and Kuranda Terminals.

Upon arrival in Kuranda, spend 2-hours exploring ‘Village In The Rainforest’ at leisure. Stroll through the quaint village markets, witness the Aboriginal culture and shop quirky arts and craft from the exclusive collection.

After two hours in Kuranda, hop aboard the Kuranda Scenic Train for an unforgettable journey with unsurpassed views of dense rainforest, steep ravines and picturesque waterfalls.

If you have already been on Skyrail & Scenic train, and do not wish to go again, you can ride in the bus with your guide and enjoy extra time in Kuranda.

Once you reach the Freshwater Station, you will be driven to Palm Cove. Saunter around the shops and galleries along the tree-lined Esplanade. Wander along the picturesque beach and end your day with a blissful sunset view as you enjoy a glass of cocktail/wine.

Great day, the small group tour made sure we were well cared for. We went on the train as well as the sky rail, both offering a relaxing and awesome experience. Ended the day at Palm Cove beach with some more fantastic scenery and a great sunset view. PS: Sit on the right side of the train when going up to Kuranda for the best rainforest views.
